Rocking Ship Clock

I started this project with the idea of making a traditional rocking ship clock with just the ship rocking, but the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to make a more dynamic scene. This clock has three rows of waves that move side to side. The closest waves move farther left and right than the middle row, which moves more than the back row. The ship rocks in the opposite direction as the wave movement.
